Just for September, I have changed the day from Thursday to Wednesday to accommodate the presentation by our city staff on the Bond election issues presentation.  I realize not everyone is in the city, but some of these bond issues directly affect anyone who ventures into Flagstaff (such as the street overlays).  In additon, you know many people in the city and thus are an excellent source of information on these issues.
 
The city staff have been visiting with other groups to inform citizens of the bond issues that will be on the November ballot.  Our group will be a 'target' group as so many of you are politically active, thus this infromation is critical.
 
The city cannot take a stance on how one should vote, only give the rational as to why it is on the ballot and why there is a need to do so.
 
PLEASE RSVP to me at the e-mail listed below or call my cell (380-3453) for this meeting as the staff will need to know an approximate number of materials to bring.
